Why does candida get out of control

Anything you do that inhibits your probiotics will allow Candida, fungus & parasites to thrive.   Be sure to avoid these things when you are trying to re-colonize your intestinal probiotics to keep the colony thriving.  Remember, it takes a year for probiotics to colonize & take up permanent residence in your gut, so be careful not to stress them & wipe them out.   If you cannot avoid one, be sure to do another probiotic enema & continue taking probiotics either orally & vaginally for an extra 2 months past that year long point.
